The Band Boosters ask that each student bring in one bag of candy for treat bags that we will give to the students this Friday. Please give candy to Mr. Smith or Mrs. Martin by Wednesday.

Announcements Week of 10/22/2012
1. Congratulations on a Superior performance at New Philadelphia!
2. Rehearsal will end at 3:30 on Tuesday. Please show up ready to work hard so we can get even better for State Finals.
3. Last week of Marching Band!!! All marching uniforms/hats must be turned in on Saturday when we return to the HS. Winds Wednesdays will begin next week.
4. Friday at Glenoak: Doors open at 5:15, busses roll at 5:45.
5. Saturday/State Finals: Doors open at 6AM, busses roll at 6:45AM. We perform at 11:15AM and should return to PHS around 3 or 4PM. We will stop for lunch on the way home. Parents can click here for information regarding Finals performances.
Post Monsoon Announcements
1. Please remember to hang your uniforms and raincoats tonight so they are dry for tomorrow! Also, please clean all mud off of your shoes before tomorrow night.
2. Woodwinds: Leave instruments out with cases open so they are not damaged!
3. Busses roll at 6PM sharp! Don’t forget the added visuals (hand moves in Imagine, step out in Ludwig, etc)

Students interested in auditioning for The Ohio State University Honors Band, please click this link to be taken to the website. New Philly Competition Information
The New Philadelphia Marching Band Competition is this Saturday. Perry will be performing at 8:15PM (busses roll at 6PM). Tickets will be available at the gate for $6.00. Kids 4 and under are free. Come out and support your Marching Panthers!

OMEA State Finals Information
We are tentatively scheduled to perform at 11:15AM on Saturday, October 27th. The performance will be at Hilliard Bradley HS in Columbus. More info to come soon.
