Please note that all Federal League football games have been moved back to a 7:00 PM start. Non-Federal League games will remain at 7:30 PM. Our website calendar has been adjusted, please plan accordingly.
Also, please note that we have changed our September contest to be a bit closer to home! We will travel to Revere HS instead of Zanesville.

Did you know that even if you are not a music major, you can still be involved in a collegiate band?? Performance opportunities (and even scholarship money!) are available to non music majors who wish to perform in collegiate marching bands, symphonic bands, and jazz ensembles.

Interested in playing your instrument this summer AND earning some college credit? Sign up for The University of Akron Summer Symphonic Band! Enrollment is open to high school students and adults who play an instrument. Rehearsals, held at The University of Akron School of Music, are every Tuesday and Thursday beginning June 19th from 7:30PM-9:00PM. The band will finish on July 19th with a performance. Transportation is on your own. It’s highly encouraged that you are studying privately if you’d like to participate in this group.
Cost of the course is $20 (plus a one time $40 application fee to the university). If you are a senior who is heading off to Akron next year, the cost is $20. Considering most credit hours are several hundred dollars, this is quite a bargain!
