• Doors will open at approximately 6:15PM. No tickets will be sold at the door.
• Both bands will wear concert uniforms (black socks, black dress shoes)
• Both bands should be in their seats in the balcony by 6:30 PM. Students should enter through the stage door to put their equipment in the dressing rooms under the stage.
• We have a playoff game this Friday at Lake HS. Doors open at 5:15, buses roll at 5:45.
• State Marching Band Finals will be this coming Sunday at Piqua High School! The PHSMB will perform at 2:15 PM. Doors open at 9:15AM, buses roll at 9:45 AM. Please be sure to eat a decent breakfast as this will be a long day. We should arrive back at PHS around 6-7PM. The “plan” is to stop somewhere for dinner if we can find a good location. If you are interested in purchasing an OMEA State Finals shirt, hoodie, etc you will have time to do so at the event. Bring your rain coats! If you did not turn in an order for OMEA State apparel, you can purchase some on Sunday following our performance.

• Dairy Queen on Hills and Dales is hosting a Dine to Donate for the Perry Bands on Monday, October 30th! Proceeds from sales will go to the Perry Band! Please come out for a meal or some ice cream and support your Perry Bands!
The competition has been canceled due to rain and field conditions. Our next competition will be OMEA State Finals.

• Perry will perform at Piqua HS at 2:15PM on Sunday, October 29th
• Doors open at 9AM, buses roll at 9:45AM. Performance at 2:15PM, depart for home at 3PM

• We should be back at PHS around 7PM.
• Plan on a playoff game for Friday, October 27th. This will most likely be an away game, but we won’t have details until after the Glenoak game.

• Saturday River View Competition: Doors open at 9:45, buses roll at 10:30. We should be back at PHS no later than 3:30PM. The PHSMB will perform at 1:15PM.
• Saturday’s competition is at River View Black Bear Stadium in Warsaw, OH. Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and kids age 5-18. 4 and under is free. Please click here for a complete schedule
If you are a member of Symphonic Winds, we highly encourage you to audition for the OBDC Honor Band held at The University of Akron. There are two bands: the Honor Band(audition) and All Star Band(director nomination). We suggest submitting an audition, but if you would like to be considered for the nomination group please let Mr. Smith know.

Please note that the competition is not at Cambridge HS. You will want to get directions to McFarland Stadium in Cambridge, OH. Admission is $10 for adults, $7 for children, and $5 for senior citizens. Kids 3 & under are free. I do not know if they accept cards, so it would be best to be prepared with cash. They will have full concessions and programs for sale. Come out and support some great Ohio HS Marching Bands!
