The Perry Symphonic Winds perform several times a year in the community and at OMEA Large Group events. Each member of this ensemble studies privately and participates in the OMEA Solo & Ensemble Adjudicated Event. The Symphonic Winds have been invited to perform at the Ohio Band Director’s Conference (2001, 2013, 2015), the MENC National Conference (1995), the Ohio Music Education Association Conference (1992, 1993, 1996, 1998, and 2014), and the 1991 Midwest International Band and Orchestra Clinic in Chicago, Illinois.
