1. Outstanding performances by all groups at the Palace! Keep up the hard work as we move towards contest season!
2. Pep Band on Saturday, December 3rd. Meet in the band room at 5:30. You will be released as soon as the game starts. Please wear jeans and your black tee shirt.
3. Solo and Ensemble Information:
A. Please pick up a registration form from the main band room. You must fill out a form for each event you are in. Ensemble leaders should fill out one form for your group. You can download the form by clicking here.
B. Fees: Solos are $15 and Ensembles are $20. (ensemble fee is for the ensemble, not $20 per person) Ensemble leaders should collect the money from your ensemble members and turn in one check. Please make checks payable to “Perry Band Boosters”
C. All fees and forms are due Wednesday, December 14th. If we don’t have your form/money by this date, you will not be scheduled.
D. You are responsible for getting an accompanist for your solo. If you are unable to locate one, please contact Mr. Smith immediately. Do not wait until Christmas break to schedule an accompanist.
