We will be signing up for rooms in the next two weeks for the Disney Trip.  Please read the following items so this goes smoothly!

1.  In order to sign up, you MUST be up to date on your payments.  Please check with the payment company this week to make sure you are up to date.  If your payments are not up to date, you will not be allowed to sign up and will be dropped from the trip list.

2.  Students will be housed in groups of 5.  Choose ONE person from your group/room to sign up all of your names in a room.  You must sign up in PEN, not pencil.  You may not cross any names off of the list.  Any student who crosses names off will be assigned a room instead of having a choice.

4.  We will do our best to honor your room choices.  If you end up with a room of 4, you may have someone assigned to your room.  We have a large group, and it is impossible to meet the wishes of everyone.

5.  THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES TO YOUR ROOM LIST AFTER YOU SIGN UP.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

6.  Chaperones:  Please email me your room requests by Wednesday of this week.  (Your name + the name of the person(s) you wish to room with)
