1. If you will be bringing a smartphone on the trip, you have two options for adding the trip schedule, reminders, etc to your phone

- Or, visit Tripit.com to create a free account, then download the free version of the Tripit App to your phone. Click here to add trip to your Tripit Account.
2. A reminder that we will have a required pre trip meeting for all participants/chaperones on Tuesday, November 19th at 7PM in the PHS Theatre.
3. Make sure your instrument and luggage are CLEARLY marked with your name.
4. When packing, be sure your swim wear is packed with your carry on bag. You will not have access to your luggage until we get to the hotel on Saturday evening. Anything you need for Saturday must be in your carry on bag.
5. Your carry on bag should be relatively small (duffle bag size). If it doesn’t fit in the overhead compartment, it will be on your lap.
