The Symphonic Winds trip to the University of Akron is next Tuesday, February 11th. Students will need to dress “nice” for the day, and bring their concert uniforms to change into for the performance. Make sure you bring a warm coat as the campus tour will be outside.

8:00AM: Campus Tour
9:30AM: Observe clinic session with Cuyahoga Falls Symphonic Band
11:00AM: Symphonic Winds clinic with John Madden
12:30PM: Lunch at Rob’s Dining Hall (provided by The University of Akron)
1:30PM: Masterclasses with UA faculty
3:15PM: Attend concert by UA Concert Band and UA Symphonic Band
4:15PM: HS Brass will rehearse God of our Fathers with UA Symphonic Band
5:00PM: Dinner at Spaghetti Warehouse
6:30PM: Concert by UA Concert Band, Cuyahoga Falls Symphonic Band, Perry Symphonic Winds, and UA Symphonic Band. Concert and all clinic sessions are free and open to the public. Parents: Please come support your students at EJ Thomas Hall.
