1. Auditions begin this week! We will meet in the HS band room at 3PM.
2. Winds rehearsal with Robert Jorgensen this Wednesday. Mr. Jorgensen is the Director of Bands Emeritus at The University of Akron, and has served as president of the prestigious Amercan Bandmasters Association. He will be traveling to work with us from 1:30 to 3:00 PM.
3. Bill Thomas, retired band director from Lakota East HS in Cincinnati and current large group adjudicator, is tentatively scheduled to work with Symphonic Winds next Wednesday and possibly with Concert Band on Tuesday.(schedule pending) More details to come.
