Dear Band Students and Parents:
In February, many of you ordered Butterbraid products to support the Perry Band program. With social distancing in place, it has been difficult for us to arrange product delivery. On behalf of the Perry Bands, I apologize for this delay.
We now have a pick up date scheduled for May 15th, from 3PM-6PM. If you ordered Butterbraid products, this will be the only opportunity to pick them up. Unfortunately, we can’t store the items for you if you are unavailable on this date, so please arrange for someone else to pick up your order if you are unavailable. We have limited access to school buildings and this is the very best we can do. We ask that you stay in your vehicle until one of our volunteers assists you. Please avoid the main entrance to PHS (near the front steps) as we will be conducting our Uniform/Equipment return for HS Band members during this time.
All orders can be picked up in the parking lot near the PHS Swimming Pool/Wellness Center Entrance. Again, this will take place on May 15th, from 3PM-6PM.
