• Currently, the weather is looking awesome for the trip! 80 and sunny on Saturday!
• Please pack your concert uniform in a garment bag. A cheap plastic one will be fine. Do not stuff your uniform into a suitcase or duffle bag.
• On Friday, you can drop of your SMALL amount of luggage in either band room. At 12:30, you need to come to the band room, grab your stuff, and head out front to the buses. We will depart at 1PM.
• We will stop at the Dayton Mall on the way down for a quick meal stop, then proceed to Lakota West HS for our performance at 7PM. Lakota West will provide areas to change into your concert attire.
• Performance order will be the Perry Concert Band, Symphonic Winds, and Lakota West Symphonic Winds.
• There is a pool at the hotel, so if you’d like to swim bring a suit.
• Meals on Saturday are on your own…please bring $$$ for meals. Prices at King’s Island are very similar to Cedar Point.
• We will depart King’s Island at 8PM and head for home. We should arrive back at PHS around midnight.
• A reminder that all school rules apply and that you need to abide by our rooming policy. (No girls in boys room, no boys in girls rooms)
